My name is Zach Gilmer. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and the owner of Rockmills Human Performance. Rockmills Human Performance offers a variety of hybrid and remote training options to law enforcement agencies and individuals therein, as well as high-performance military members. Rockmills Human Performance offers holistic health and wellness consultation to improve the health, overall well-being, and performance of your entire department.
Over the last twelve years, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the finest athletes in the world at both the collegiate and professional levels of sport. I have also had the honor of coaching some of the most elite warfighters in the world. What I have learned is, that regardless of the arena, those who are the most physically and mentally prepared win out. In the case of the tactical athlete, winning out means you go home to your family. That is something that Rockmills Human Performance takes very seriously.
I graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Science in Human Performance and Strength and Conditioning. While in graduate school, I was an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Liberty University men's basketball. During my tenure as Director of USC Aiken Sports Performance, we saw NCAA Tournament appearances in 4 sports, a Peach Belt Conference regular season championship (men's basketball), and the first Sweet 16 bid in a decade (men's basketball). I am excited to bring my expertise to those who need it most.
